Shipping Order Time
We process the order as soon as we receive it, which usually takes 2 business days and then Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch accordingly.

We offer free shipping for the following countries: United Kingdom, United States.

Shipping Product
We only ship brand new products and will try to keep items on our site in stock. If special circumstances cause a logistical delay, , we will contact you within 24 hours of your order. If you receive a product that is not artificially damaged or functions abnormally, we will issue a full refund or replacement for this defective product at no additional cost to you.
Please note that if you wish to order multiple items and ship them to different people, please place these as separate orders.

Tracking Order
After we have shipped the order, you can track the package via the order tracking tool. If the customer cannot be reached or does not accept delivery of the product of these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order for our discretion.
