You can personalize your machine using English letters, numbers, and punctuation marks only. This allows you to engrave a meaningful name, a date, a favorite coffee quote, or a memorable travel location. Keep the content clean, as all custom orders are subject to review. Orders containing profane, lewd, or copyrighted content may be canceled.

All personalized sales are final. Once your order is submitted, no edits or changes can be made, and the order cannot be refunded or canceled. Therefore, it is essential to review your desired text carefully before placing your order. Also note that the final size and artwork placement are approximate and may vary slightly due to the machine’s design.

What causes the custom-engraved item to take an additional two weeks to ship?

The custom item must undergo precise laser engraving after the assembly of the machine. This custom task must take place outside of the production line so that the item meets the required standard of quality. This will take time because of the custom process that this item must go through at our factory.

Does the custom engraving last well? Can it easily get scratched out?

This engraving can only be made possible with advanced laser technology that engraves the designs on the metal of the machine. This ensures that the designs made on the machine do not wear out with time due to the effects of using the machine.

Can I preview how my text will appear on the engraving?

Although we do want the best results we can offer, the final measurements regarding the artwork placement may not be completely precise. A more accurate depiction of the font placement can be viewed on the images provided on the product page.

Does the engraving void the product warranty?

No. The custom engraving option is an authorized service provided by Outin and will not void the standard warranty regarding mechanical or electrical failures of the Nano Portable Espresso Machine.

What kind of coffee grind should I use for the best results with ground coffee?

To get the best results, an espresso fine grind should ideally be used. This should not be too fine so that water cannot directly flow through it. Additionally, the portafilter should ideally be screwed tightly onto the espresso machine. Achieving the right grind is crucial for creating the three distinct parts of a perfect espresso shot: the crema, body, and heart.
