Ingredients:
1. 1/3 cup lychee fruit, peeled and shelled

Instructions:

Step 1: Put the peeled and shelled lychees into a cup and crush them vigorously with a fruit muddler to press out the juice.

Step 2: Add an appropriate amount of ice and pour in about 120ml of sparkling water.
