OutIn x KRUVE Barista Gift Set

The battery, when fully charged, only lasts for two espressos made with room-temperature water. also it takes up to 3 hours to be fully charged; I wonder if the battery is broken or just too old. Is it possible to get a new one with a higher capacity?

I am not happy with this product as when it come i coudnt use the nesspresso pods so i i bought the mono adapter kit and still cant use it because the outin x KRUV kitt is missing the small portafilta i did email you but i am still waiting for a replacment part as i can only part use it

YES:
It's really perfect and easy to handle.
I use it always during travel and sometrimes at home.
Frequent usage since over a year now and works and works!
Everybody who see the NANO is exited and could tell only the best about it

no:
Battery life is only for 2 cups only !
It wont last longer if you heat the water for 2 large cups (80ml), 5-6 cups is marketing, sorry!

I bought a barista set and several accessories separately. I thought the capsule holder shown in the product showcase would be included in the package, but it wasn't. The product description is confusing, so I didn't realize it was missing in order to order it separately. Not to mention that I ended up ordering the same item twice because I bought an accessory separately that was already included in the barista set—nobody cross-checks these things, though I suppose that's on me and expecting anyone to catch that is wishful thinking nowadays. I sent an email and, to my surprise, received the wrong accessory two weeks later. After raising further issues, it took almost another two weeks to finally get the missing piece.

Conclusion: an extraordinary product that I absolutely love, but the marketing presentation is confusing—you don't know what you're buying, it's hard to tell what fits with what or what is included and what isn't, and customer support is completely clueless!

It is a nice gadget for traveling but the brewing temperature is to low. So the coffee always has more acidity then it should. Would be nice if I could adjust the temperature by my self or have an option of three different for example.

It looks good, it's good to cook with. Very good for travel.

I just started using this product. Trying to figure out the grind and the amount of grounds to put in. One directions says 16-18g and one says no more than 8g. It works well, only keeps a charge for a few cups. But I will see how it does when I travel.

I’ve always wanted to get these type of glasses. With the kit being on sale I was able to save a lot of money. The convience of not having to buy the items separetly was nice. I also love the double shot baskets. Having 3 of them in a kit saved me the trouble of buying them seperately and putting away the accessiries with the default model.

Amazing product; I highly recommend it.

This little machine reinvented coffee for me! Having the option to bring it in the woods only makes it even more awesome!

bad product, battery last for 2 or 3 times and leaks around the bottom part all the time

Great set

I ordered this for my adv trips. But. I use it olso in home. I recommend it for you Guys.

OutIn x KRUVE Barista Gift Set

We absolutely love our OutIn Nano and complementing products! It is perfect for our at home needs - the perfect size and perfect espresso pull!
I can’t wait to bring it to our vacation condo! Highly recommend!!

however easy to use

Really happy with my purchase. Ordering and shipping seamless. Machine works exactly as advertised. great tasting coffee shots with creme worthy of bigger more expensive bench top machines.

I'm genuinely surprised by what the Outin Nano can do. It's not going to replace a traditional espresso machine, but for a portable espresso maker, it's seriously impressive.
If you dial in your grind size properly, use the right coffee dose, and extract it well, you can make a genuinely balanced, well-rounded espresso. For solo use, I honestly think it's a bit of a game changer.
I'm really happy with my Outin Nano, and I even shared a reel of it on my Instagram: @_vinaygamit.

I’ve owned this unit for about 2 months now and have dialed in my shots. I find myself using it equally as often as my countertop unit, especially when paired with the Fino grinder. I’ve even taken it up on top of a mountain and made multiple shots from room temp water and they were fantastic cups of coffee with a view. Highly recommend worth every penny

after tweaking the grind and blend, i now make the best coffee. as good if not better than most cafe bought coffee's. i make a bulletproof coffee. 17gm beans, 1/2 cup full fat milk heated, melted 10gm unsalted butter, blitz in blender. heaven in a cup.

I am very satisfied with this product. It is easy to use, well-made, and performs exactly as expected. The quality is excellent, and it offers great value for the price. I have had a positive experience using it and would definitely recommend it to others.

Still waiting more than 2 months since I placed my order. Received one part of the order but not all items that I have purchased

Very impressed

Very happy with the bundle. The coffee is awesome. Workflow is easy. However you should read carefully the description because it is not compatible with Nespresso adapter. Outin react very rapidly and sent me an adapter to fix that. Premium customer service
