Dear OutIn Team,
I am writing regarding an order I placed over 40 days ago, which I have still not received.
About a month ago, I already contacted DPD regarding the delivery and followed every instruction provided to ensure a successful delivery. Despite my efforts, the package never arrived. When I click on "Track My Order", I can clearly see that the parcel has been returned to Bremen with no successful delivery attempt on my end.
At this point, I no longer want the product.
What I find particularly frustrating is that I received an email asking if I was satisfied with my order – while I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I find this unacceptable.
To be clear: I am not waiting for the product, I am waiting for my money back.
As a suggestion, if you continue working with DPD, you will keep facing these issues with your customers.
Please process the refund as soon as possible.
