Use | When powered on, I can see two on-screen buttons on the display - what are their different functions?
- Please refer to the diagram to learn the functions of the left/right touch controls. As Claro's operation may take some practice, we recommend keeping the instructional label until you're fully familiar with the operations.
Use | How many modes does Claro have? What types of coffee can it support?
Claro features three modes: Standard, Espresso(M1), and Pour-Over(M2).
- Standard mode is suitable for all types of coffee brewing, providing precise real-time weighing to meet the diverse needs of daily brewing.
- Espresso mode(M1) is designed to provide the precision needed for espresso brewing.
- Pour-over mode(M2) is optimized to help you brew pour-over coffee with precision, including measuring water poured into the ground.
Use | What temperature range is safe for operating my Claro?
- Direct surface contact: From -10°C to 60°C (14°F to 140°F).
- With silicone pad: From -10°C to 80°C (14°F to 176°F).
Use | What temperature range is safe for storing my Claro?
- From 0°C to 55°C (32°F to 141°F).
Use | What is the maximum timer duration supported by Claro?
- Up to 9 minutes and 59 seconds.
Use | Why did my Claro suddenly turn off during use?
- Claro will automatically turn off after 2 mins of inactivity to save battery. To reactivate it, please simply press the Power button again.
Use | Can I use my Claro while charging?
- We advise against it, as the charging cable may interfere with precise measurements.
Charge | How to check Claro's battery level?
- When you power on Claro, the battery icon will appear on the display panel for 3 seconds.
- When the battery is low, the battery icon will be empty and flashing, please charge the devide immediately.
Charge | Does it work with 220V or 240V?
- Both 220V and 240V can be charged as long as the charging adapter supports it.
Clean | How should I clean my Fino?
- Gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp soft cloth, avoiding any moisture seeping into the charging Port.
Clean | Can I rinse my Claro with water?
- No. Water contact may cause short circuits or rust. For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth for the exterior.
